Get your property booked


Your property will have a listing on Homeaway, VRBO, and Cyberrentals. It will also be represented on and on our facebook page. We drive traffic to our website via ongoing Google Adwords campaigns and by optimizing our websites for high ranking in Google search results. We also utilize regional and local web and print advertising and send out seasonal mailings to our past guests. We always use high quality photographs and create stunning listings make your property stand out. We have a much lower vacancy rate than the industry average. 


Manage all aspects of the booking process


We handle all interactions with guests including...timely response to inquiries, correspondence, invoicing, payments, security deposits and cancellations. Developing relationships is of the utmost importance and we love our repeat guests.

Care for your Home


Unlike most other management companies, we don't treat your home like a hotel. We have extensive correspondence with, and vett all prospective guests to ensure that they are a good fit for your property. We have a thorough rental agreement and require that everyone in the guest party is listed on the agreement.  We check the property during the week to make sure that everyone who is there is supposed to be there and require a substantial security deposit.


Handle Property Turnovers


We coordinate everything including cleaning, laundry, trash removal and property inspection. On turnover day, a company owner thoroughly inspects the home upon check-out. After our top notch cleaning crew does their thing, we come back for another inspection and to do a little fluff. Our attention to detail and high standards are simply not possible for large management companies to adhere to. With Chill, your home will be very well taken care of and ready to go for the next guests.


Create a Wonderful Guest Experience


We provide all arriving guests with a thoughtful welcome gift and note. We keep your home in tip top shape, but on the unusual occasion that something goes wrong, we respond quickly to service requests and when necessary, coordinate with providers for repairs or maintenance issues. We always check-in with guests during their stay to make sure that everything is okay and to see if they need anything.


Handle All the Paperwork


We pay state sales tax on your behalf, and keep financial and guest records to make your year end accounting easy. We provide you with a straight forward statement and a check at the end of each month.
