Important Things to Know

There is a separate apartment with it's own entrance that is attached to the back of the main house. The units have no shared spaces except the parking area and the dock. Birdsong guests have exclusive use of the front porch and front yard areas.

There is a deepwater dock on the Sheepscot River that accommodates boats up to 25' Ft long. Please contact us if you wish to bring a boat.

The dock is accessed via a walk on a path through the woods behind the house of about 135 yards.

All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

There is AC in the 2nd & 3rd floor bedrooms. There is no AC in the main living area.

There is parking for 3 cars only.
